Refund policy

Exceptions / non-returnable items
items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), We also do not accept returns. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns !!!

Refunds:

Once order is PAID, the order payment WILL NOT BE REFUNDABLE. You are allowed to reschedule  4 days in advance before your pick up date. You can contact me on instagram to receive a fast response along with your order number to reschedule. Thank You!

!! IF YOU DON'T PICK UP YOUR ORDER ON THE DAY YOU TOLD US WE WILL NOT HOLD YOUR BOUQUET AND NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN !!
